Monica Nolan

Monica Nolan is the owner of SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg, and Versailles. She has many certifications qualifying her to be a great candidate for the SERVPRO world! Monica loves to spend time with her children and is greatly involved with the community! Lastly, she is the owner of Steinhardt Heating and Air Conditioning! List of certifications include Successful Subrogation I, General Technical Training Curriculum, Lead Renovator, and Xactimate Level 1.

Jeremy Judy

Jeremy is one of the Production Managers at SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg and Versailles.  Jeremy graduated from Madison Consolidated High School 2001 before joining the USMC in 2003.  He got out honorably after 4 years and went to the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences in Tempe and Gilbert Arizona.  After graduation at the conservatory, Jeremy started working for SWANK Audio Visual working to set up different events in the hotel industry.  SWANK Audio Visual became PSAV and Jeremy continued to work form them for the next 10 years.  Ending his career at the Marriott Tempe and The Buttes in Tempe Arizona.  Jeremy moved back to Indiana to work for 2 years at Belterra Casino and Resort as the front desk manager of nights. Due to the pandemic, the hotel industry took a downturn and Jeremy decided to switch careers. He joined our team in 2020 and we're happy to have him! Jeremy is IICRC certified in WRT, ASD and FSRT. In his free time Jeremy enjoys painting, playing with one of his many animals (dogs, cats, goats, fish), going to concerts and playing D&D with his friends. Jeremy's favorite motto is "I'm here for you."

Nick Nolan

Nick is the General Manager here at SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg, and Versailles! He lives in Madison Indiana and did attend Madison Consolidated Highschool. His goals are to better himself every day. Nick enjoys coaching, playing softball, and being a father to his children. Lastly, he has 20 plus years of leadership roles!

Jessica Spicer

Hi my name is Jessica R. Spicer, Production Manager for SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg, and Versailles. I have been with the company for 18 years! I have the following certifications, the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (LLCRC). Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT) and Damage Restoration (WRT). I live in Deputy Indiana, with my partner of 17 years Ricky, and my two daughters Angelina Hall Jewell Blaylock. When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my family, gardening, hunting, and kayaking. If my life had a theme song it would be, "This girl is on fire" by Alicia Keys. My motto would have to be "It is what it is." I like to help others in any way I can.

I am a production technician and help with content cleaning and maintenance with SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg, and Versailles plus surrounding areas. I’m from Phoenix Arizona where I practiced as a nurse for over 27 years and raised three children. I’ve been with the company for almost a year now learning different parts of the trade. I look forward to growing with the company and all the new changes.

Kaity Justice

Kaity Justice is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg, and Versailles. She went to Southwestern Highschool in Hanover Indiana! Kaity is so happy to become a mother to her two beautiful children and wants to become a radiation therapist then eventually become a neonatologist. She enjoys hunting, fishing, and photography! "Don't wait for opportunity create it."

Angelina Hall

My name is Angelina Hall, I just graduated from high school this year! I attended culinary school but fell in love with cleaning. I am a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg, Versailles. This is my first full time job! I live in Deputy Indian. My goals are to see people happy to be back in their home. When I'm not working, I love to hang out with my family. I love to go kayaking and just being outside. I am OSAH approved in culinary. My song would be "Hand in my pocket" by Alanis Morissette.

Tony and Phyllis Steinhardt

Tony and Phyllis Steinhardt have built an award winning home services business for over 45 years.  Tony’s success in the hvac industry laid the foundation for the future business expansion with SERVPRO in 2023.  

Giving back to the community has always been a top value for Tony and Phyllis with their many volunteer and philanthropy efforts.  

The Steinhardt Family and the other co-owners of SERVPRO are looking forward to helping families and communities

Samantha Elliott

Samantha Elliott is our Marketing Coordinator for SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg, and Versailles plus Steinhardt Heating and Air Conditioning! She is very passionate about her work for both companies. Samantha recently graduated from Hanover College with a double major in Business and Communication. She hopes to achieve her Masters in Business Administration in the near future! Lastly, Samantha enjoys walking her dogs, attending events with her coworkers, spending time with her family, farm life, and taking vacations to her favorite spots. Her favorite music artist is Jason Aldean, and if she had a quote to live by it would be "When people plan, God laughs."

Josh Rowlett

Josh Rowlett, our Crew Chief, is from Madison Indiana and has earned his EPA license! He was in the HVAC business for four years before joining SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg, and Versailles. Josh enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.

Evan Kidwell

I am a production technician here at SERVPRO. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends and having a good time, riding dirt bikes through the country side, and to riding crotch rockets down the highway. Love being in the great outdoors enjoying nature. I came to SERVPRO because one of my friends recommended it to me and I thought it was a good fit.

Chris Bailey

Hey I'm Chris I'm crew chief for SERVPRO of Madison, Versailles, and Lawrenceburg. I'm also a certified firefighter for Hanover Fire Company. I fully enjoy helping others before myself. That's how I found SERVPRO. I have a beautiful wife and 2 amazing kids and of course my baby Silas. We do enjoy our family time as we walk take trips and watch scary movies.
