Maddy Schmidt

Maddy is our Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg and Versailles. She joined our team 4 years ago and we would be lost without her. Maddy is IICRC FSRT Certified. She and her husband, Kyle, have been married for 4 years.  She is a wonderful mommy to Parker AnnMarie who was born in August 2017 and Everly Rose born this past May. She is completely enjoying every minute of mom life. When she’s not busy keeping the office organized she enjoys running, trying new restaurants, attending concerts and being outside. But most of all she loves making new memories with her daughters. Maddy’s favorite motto is “Life is Good”!

Suzie Glasgow

Suzie is the Sales Marketing Manager and Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg and Versailles.  She has been with the company since April 2017.  Married to her husband, Jared , for 10 years and together they have 2 beautiful daughters Ruthie Sue and Rosalie Rae.  When Suzie isn't getting the word out about SERVPRO you can find her playing outside with her girls, jamming to loud music and just being Mom.   She loves to cook and go to concerts with her husband and daughters. If Suzie's life had a theme song it would be "Listen to the Music" by the Doobie Brothers and her favorite motto is "Be the change you wish to see in the world." 

Jessica Ruth Spicer

Jessie is a Production Supervisior for SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg and Versailles.  She has been with the company for 11 years. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):  Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT) and Water Damage Restoration (WRT).  Jessie lives in Dupont, IN with her partner of 10 years, Ricky and her two daughters, Angelina Belle and Lillian Jewell.  She and Ricky are in the process of building a new home in Deputy, IN!  When she's not working Jessie enjoys spending time with her girls, gardening, hunting, and collecting miniatures.  If her life had a theme song it would be "Run the world (Girls)" by Beyonce.  Her motto is "It is what it is..."

Fred "Lonnie" Truesdell Jr.

Lonnie is a Production Technician for SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg and Versailles.  He's is married to his wife Tracy for 25 years.  Together they have 1 daughter, 2 grandchildren and 1 adopted daughter.  Lonnie has many certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):  Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Restoration (AMRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Lead Renovator.  When he's not working you'll find Lonnie fishing and spending time with his family.

Duane Schimdt

Duane is the General Manager for SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg and Versailles.  Duane attended Catholic school for 13 years, graduated from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and Purdue University with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He worked for Maytag, General Electric and Magic Chef.  He decided he wanted out of the corporate world, so together in 2003 Duane and Nina opened SERVPRO.   He and Nina have been married for 39 wonderful years.  Together they have 2 children, three grandbabies and one on the way. When he's not focused on SERVPRO, Duane is a craft beer enthusiast, a member of the Knights of Columbus and American Legion.  He recently bought a razor and enjoys taking it for a spin.  If his life had a theme song it would be "You can't Always Get What You Want" by The Rolling Stones.  His favorite thing to say is... "If it were me...!"

Nina Schmidt

Nina is the owner of SERVPRO of Madison, Lawrenceburg and Versailles.  She has multiple certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):  Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD) and Lead Renovator.  Nina has 9 brothers and sisters, 2 children Kyle and Kassi, and 3 grand children with one on the way. She has been married to her husband Duane for 39 years.  To say that family is important to her would be an understatement.  She is a member of the Knights of Columbus and the American Legion.  She loves being crafty and hosting parties for all her family and friends at her home by the lake.  But most of all Nina loves being a Grandma.  If her life had a theme song it would be "What a Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong.  Her FAVORITE motto is a special family saying started by her parents, "Love 'til the end of time" (ltteot).

Amy Hall

Amy is a Production Supervisor who has been with our team for 8 years.  She has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) including Fir & Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Water Damage Restoration (WRT), and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT).  She has three beautiful daughters, Nikki, Lexi and Dakota.  She has lived in Madison for 15 years Amy is originally from Racine, WI.  When she's not working Amy loves watching movies on Netflix, play and do crafts and cook with her daughters.  They love to go swimming in the summer and ride their 4-wheelers. If Amy's life had a theme song it would be "I hope you Dance" by LeeAnn Womach and her favorite saying is "Love you to the moon and back!"

Randy Mahoney

Randy is the Reconstruction Manager for SERVPRO of Madison Lawrenceburg and Versailles.  He brings with him 20 years of experience in the building trade.  As well as many certifications, Randy is WRT Certified, Oracle Systems Certified, High Pressure Die Cast Certified, Shuttle Wagon Certified (Railroad) and Manlift Certified.  

  Randy has been married for 28 years.  He and his wife have 4 children, 5 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.  He has lived in Madison all his life and enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping.  He has been an avid member of the local Bass Club for over 20 years.   Randy's favorite motto is "Life is too short to get excited about things that don't matter."
